Abstract
- The article discusses several clinical studies including the increase of incidence and prevalence of cardiovascular disease in the U.S. risk of early menarche in patients with diabetes and the use of algorithm in managing gastrointestinal dysfunction after radiation therapy. It provides an overview of the conducted studies. It also examines the potential impact of increased morbidity and health care costs as evaluated by the U.S. National Health and Nutrition Examination Surveys.
