Abstract

The article describes the case of a 3-year-old toddler who experienced severe pain due to an embryonal bladder/prostate rhabdomyosarcoma. The patient's complaint was a painful tenesmus secondary to the pelvic floor invasion of the mass. The case also describes ganglion impar phenol injection as an effective therapy strategy in a pediatric patient with refractory cancer pain.
