Abstract
- The author discusses the power of daydreaming to overcome the challenges of the present through self-generated images and monologues, as well as the detriment when ignoring to daydream. It also discusses the three styles of daydreaming associated with a specific personality profile identified by researcher Jerome L. Singer, the field offered by daydreams for realizing one's potential, and the higher sense of identity and meaning through the consolidation of memories, ideas, and plans. INSET: DREAM SCENES.
