Abstract
- Highlights: [•] High quality PLZT film was deposited on Al foil by in-air crystallization process. [•] LaNiO3 buffer layer improved the electrical properties of overlying PLZT films. [•] PLZT/LaNiO3/Al capacitor had low leakage current and fatigue-free behavior. [•] A high energy storage density of ≈20J/cm3 was calculated.
