Abstract: The article presents a report on the incidence of HIV infection among African American men who have sex with men (MSM) in North Carolina from 2011-2013. The use of partner services in the care of HIV-infected partners is highlighted. Findings from the Screening Targeted Populations Interrupt Ongoing Chains of HIV Transmission with Enhanced Partner Notification (STOP) study are examined.
