Abstract: In this paper we present the experiences we have acquired from work with readers and library visitors, and also with clients of organizations we shared library building in 2008-2012. We have learned that the quality of librarians' work do not concern only with library routines, but also with creation of pleasant, clean, quiet and safe environment for readers and other visitors of the library building and its surroundings.
