Abstract
- The article argues that the lesson for Boston, Massachusetts from the 2013 conference on the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant after the March 2011 earthquake and tsunami in Japan, was that the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Plant in Plymouth should be closed down. Topics covered include the future of nuclear power in Japan, the worst-case scenario at Fukushima, and nuclear power. Also mentioned are the appeal for more renewable energy and legislation promoting solar power.
