Abstract: The paper presents the combined impact of some mixtures of grasses and perennial legumes and of chemical and organic fertilisation on fodder floristic composition and quality in the conditions of temporary cultivated grassland in the hill area of the Caraş-Severin County. The floristic composition of the mixtures and the type of fertilisation had a strong impact on fodder quality due to their content in protein, cellulose, mineral nutrients and nutrient value.
