ISTRAŽIVANJE KORISNIKA NACIONALNE I SVEUČILIŠNE KNJIŽNICE U ZAGREBU O NOVOM OLIKU USLUGE : TEMATSKO PRETRAŽIVANJE.

Last year the National and university library in Zagreb (NUL) introduced a new online service "Ask a Librarian". It enables all users to send search requests on particular topics using a web form. The Library developed its own software solution based on open source. This paper will explain technical components of the online application, and also present the statistical indicators for relevant parameters.
