Abstract

The article reports that on March 24, 2014 Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak announced that analysis of satellite data indicated Malaysia Airlines Flight 370, a plane that went missing during a flight from Malaysia to China earlier in the month, in all likelihood crashed into the southern Indian Ocean, killing all 239 people aboard. The data and analysis were provided by satellite operator Inmarsat PLC. Multiple countries continued the search for wreckage.
