Reports on the settlement of the dispute involving Harrisburg, Pa.-based Gettysburg College and descendants of Civil War general over the ownership of the papers written by Civil War Major General John Frederick Hartranft. Suit filed by Lilian Stockham, widow of General Hartrantf's grandson.
