Abstract

Investigates the biophysical properties and regulatory mechanisms of the intermediate-conductance K+ channel with patch clamp techniques. Increase in activity by hyperpolarization; Measurement of the slope conductance of the channel in inside-out patches; Shift in the voltage dependence curve of channel activity.
