Reports on the approval by the Compost Agricultural Steering Committee of the California Organics Recycling Council of a set of compost quality guidelines for general agricultural use by compost producers. Applicability to compost products made from any feedstock such as clean yard trimmings, food scraps, paper, wood, biosolids and other municipal solid waste (MSW) materials.
