Abstract
- The article reports on research which investigated the effects peristaltic pulse dynamic compression (PPDC) had on range of motion (ROM) changes in stretches called forward splits. Researchers evaluated PPDC with nine female subjects. They found that PPDC provides a means of rapidly enhancing acute ROM requiring less discomfort and time.
