Abstract
- The article discusses U.S. Supreme Court cases related to Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Topics discussed include court case Howard v. City and Country of Denver dealing with termination of Vernon Howard, operations superior at Denver Department of Parks and Recreation, Buchanan v. City of Mt. Juliet dealing with employment termination of Dennis Buchanan, former director of parks and recreation, and the ADA has made discrimination of employee on basis of disability as unlawful.
