Synthesis of super paramagnetic particles of Mn1− x Mg x Fe2O4 ferrites for hyperthermia applications.

Highlights: [•] Single phase ferrites synthesized by chemical co-precipitation. [•] With the increase of Mg concentration the lattice constant was decreased. [•] The grain size of particles was below 100nm. [•] Hc for all the samples revealed that the samples are super paramagnetic.
