Judging quality in arts-based health research: The case of the Ugly Baby.

The article examines the case of judging quality in arts-based health research (ABHR). The authors consider the case of "Ugly Baby," the short-hand for an ABHR project they conducted and subsequently described during the ethics workshop. They also explore the ideas about goodness as they trace the development of a specific project that engaged young people who had experienced a first episode of psychosis to produce a mural painting.
