Abstract
- The article reports the study by K. Bauer and colleagues as of April 2014 that was published at the "BMC Geriatrics" journal, which showed that there are several comorbidity clusters in people with dementia. Among the comorbid conditions are hypertension, diabetes, and coronary artery disease. The comorbid conditions could also account for medications, lifestyle behaviours, and socioeconomic stressors.
