Abstract

Highlights: [•] A sensitive ECL sensor was developed by combining Ru(bpy)3 2+-doped silica (Ru(bpy)3 2+@SiO2) nanoparticles with graphene. [•] The proposed sensor exhibited high sensitivity (∼10−13 M) and wide linear range for melamine. [•] This method was successfully applied to the detection of melamine in milk.
