Cerebellar manifestation of PML under fumarate and after efalizumab treatment of psoriasis.

The article presents the case of progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML) involving a Caucasian man diagnosed with psoriasis in 1995 and who received local corticosteroids and occasionally steroid tablets, vitamin D3-analogues, ultraviolet (UVB) therapy, and acitretin. PML manifestation included fumarate-induced lymphopenia and purely infratentorial manifestation with gadolinium (Gd)-enhancement at presentation.
