- Reports a flexible enantiodivergent synthesis of analogues that exhibit glucosidase inhibition. Biological activity of mannostatin analogues; Enantiodivergent route to the desired compounds starting from (S)-4-((tert-butyldimethyl)oxy)-2-cyclopentenone; Cyclitol glycosidase inhibitors; Suggested directions for further research.
