Reports that a Philadelphia jury has decided on a guilty verdict and a fine of $1.5 million against the city and two municipal officers for excessive use of force in ending a standoff between police and the radical group MOVE. Death of 11 members including five children; Constitutional protection against unreasonable search and seizure following the dropping of a bomb from a helicopter.
