Abstract

Assesses the utility of screening cocaine-exposed infant (CEI) for cardiac ischemia, renal anomalies and silent cerebral infarction with electrocardiography (ECG), urinalysis and noncontrast computed tomography (CT) scan. Characteristics of screened infants; ECG and central nervous system abnormalities; Retention of maternal custody.
