Abstract
- The article reports on research which was conducted to compare the training and physical performance of police students at the start and end of their three year police education. Researchers evaluated 235 students with a survey. They found that following their education students' maximum strength training and performance in strength related physical tests increased and that endurance and sprint training decreased.
