Abstract
- In this article, the author mentions effectiveness of high-dose oral multivitamins and minerals after myocardial infarction (MI). The author mentions randomized controlled trial (RCT) with 1708 patients to check efficacy of multivitamin and whether it is helpful in reducing cardiovascular (CV) events. The author suggests that these doses are not helpful in reducing CV events, and also mentions that it not reduces primary outcome like stroke, and coronary revascularization.
