Abstract
- The article discusses library design, focusing on a participatory design in which all stakeholders are involved in the process to ensure that the library meets the needs of both staff and users. It provides information on the typical project management process and the potential difficulties of engaging stakeholders. The author goes on to cover benefits of a participatory design in terms of outcomes, facilities, and delivery of services.
