Abstract
- The article focuses on Baylisascaris procyonis infections among raccoons that were importes to Norway as pets. It mentions that Baylisascaris procyonis is a nematode commonly found in wild raccoons in North America and produces large numbers of eggs that are resistant in the environment. It also discusses the risk factors of the infection on humans.
