Abstract: Discusses pupil perimetry and Humphrey field analysis in Leber hereditary optic neuropathy compared with optic neuritis. Quantitative analysis conducted in the superotemporal, superonasal, inferotemporal and inferonasal quadrants; Comparisons which show that pupil perimetry provided better results than Humphrey perimetry.
