Nevo sebáceo de Jadassohn asociado con carcinoma basocelular.

The sebaceous nevus is a hamartoma described by Jadassohn in 1895. It is present from birth and evolves in three stages; in the third stage it may develop benign or malignant tumors. We report the case of a nevus sebaceous of Jadassohn in its third stage in a 42-year-old male patient. The association presented in this third stage case was to a basocelular carcinoma. The treatment was surgical with seriated excisions and discoloring pulsated laser. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
