Abstract

Abstract: The catalytic enantioselective Michael additions of cyclic β-ketoamides to nitroolefins and alkynones were accomplished in the presence of chiral N,N′-dioxide–Co(II) complexes. The desired adducts were obtained in high yields (up to 98%) with excellent enantioselectivities (up to 97%ee). [Copyright &y& Elsevier]
