Abstract
- The article discusses the highlights of the Fourth International Particle Accelerator Conference held in Shanghai, China in May 2013. The event was hosted by the Institute of Applied Physics (SINAP) and the Institute of High Energy Physics (IHEP). The topics of the oral presentations included the challenges facing high power proton accelerators and the progress of neutrino experiments.
