Abstract

Highlights: [•] Nanocrystalline Fe-Si-B-Cu-Nb cores were successfully synthesized by MS-SPS process. [•] The structure and magnetic properties during crystallization of amorphous were investigated. [•] The high-density nanocrystalline cores have a high M s (137.5emu/g) and low H c (5Oe). [•] The as-prepared cores can be used as transformers, inductors and mutual inductors.
