LOS RECURSOS DE IMPERSONALIDAD EN EL LENGUAJE JURÍDICO Y EN EL LENGUAJE MÉDICO.

In this paper we will analyze the strategies of impersonality based on legal and medical texts. Our corpus has allowed us to observe that the issuer of this type of texts uses different lexical and syntactic resources to hide its presence and give greater objectivity to the specialized discourse. However, the agent not always appears implicitly, but it can be present in generalizing structures or in individualizing ones. Hence we have determined the existence of a continuum that moves from maximum disagentivation to minimum dispersonalization. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
