Nanotechnology Regulation in Europe: From REACH and Nano-Registries to Cosmetics, Biocides, and Medical Devices.

This article reviews recent developments in nanotechnology regulation in the European Union and some of its Member States. The authors discuss efforts to address nanotechnology under the EU's REACH Regulation, cosmetics legislation, biocides regulation, and proposed medical devices regulation.
