Abstract
- The article focuses on legal issues related to employee rights for a woman, undergoing time-consuming and time-sensitive fertility treatments like in vitro fertilization (IVF). It discusses whether the Americans with Disabilities Act offers protection to the employees, struggling to deal with infertility, and whether such women can present a sex-discrimination claim, if they are fired due to the impact of fertility treatment on their work. It refers to several cases including Hall v. Nako Co.
