The $5000 offer by an unnamed criminal to the Latin Kings gang, which subcontracted the killing to the Netas gang; Shooting as revenge for the acquittal of Officer Francis X. Livoti in the December 1994 death of Anthony Baez; Question of whether Livoti used an illegal choke hold.
