Abstract

The article describes the case of a 70-year-old man with light scaling, large erythematous patches with papules on his trunk and arms. He was diagnosed to have diffuse disseminated lichenoid-type cutaneous sarcoidosis that mimics erythroderma. It also discusses bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy, the treatment using oral corticosteroids, topical steroids, and oral minocycline, and the effect on the internal organs of an individual.
