LIBERTATEA CA MANIFESTARE ETICĂ A MEMORIEI: APEL LA CONCEPTUL DE ETICĂ EPISTEMOLOGICĂ.

In terms of approaches and theories of man's survival and his resorts, the communist phenomenon, of the experience in the Romanian political prisons, should be analyzed and researched in terms of what we develop within the field of ethics, entitled the "epistemological ethics". The idea that lies as the ethical epistemological justifies the approach of conceptual innovation in terms of ethics and deepens the human's issues. In this regard, ethics is the best science to exploit this knowledge and understanding of the material. But this experiential material so as to have scientific and implicitly social value creates conditions for the establishment of a theory with length and ethical coverage aiming this Romanian area in terms of memory and freedom occurrence. It should be said that, in terms of the ethical values and forms of manifestation, the phenomenon as an epistemological ethics may find value in the content of explicitness the plurality of philosophical issues in the entire human background - because problems of man and societies as a whole are referred to within the paper.
