- Reports on a July 10, 1997 ruling by Judge Jack B. Weinstein that former mobster, Salvatore Gravano will not be served with papers in a civil suit brought against him by relatives of Mafia boss, Vincent Gigante's murder victims when he appears to testify as the star witness against Gigante.
