Abstract
- Shows that the transient exposure of mesangial cells to hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) prior to sustained exposure to interlukin-1 (IL-1) decreases extracellular accumulation of nitric oxide and cellular guanosine 3,5-cyclic monophosphate (cGMP) content. Importance of hydrogen peroxide in the body; Effects of glomerulonephritides on leukocytes; Information on studies conducted.
