Abstract

Manybody effects in the quasi-one-dimensional electron-hole systems are investigated under a thermal equilibrium. We figure out the Mott physics developing a self-consistent screened T-matrix approximation, by presenting a global phase diagram in terms of the exciton ionization ratio and temperature.
