Abstract

This purpose of this study is to train lay leaders as a partner for the Ministry. In order to rehabilitate the church and to help all the members of the church to grow to the fullness of Christ, we have to fight against a lot of difficulties. We need a ministry essence and steady ministry philosophy which our Lord has taught us ifwe want to go through all the spiritual fights. Rather than following the trends, but to hold on to the essence would make out a good result. The responsibility of a minister is not to stay in an honored place, but to serve church members to let them perform their own parts well. God always pays attention to one person, train him (her) and achieves His work through the person. It's the way how God works. As God pays attention to one person, a minister should also pay attention and serve each member of the church. And as Jesus Christ has shown a serving example, a minister should also devote himself to the church. A minister should be the servant of church, and only Lord should be glorified. We are only tools for His glory and service. Ifwe hold on to the essence and devote ourselves in serving, then churches and believers will recover from corruption. And we could praise for the hopeful future. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
