The article presents a case study of a 17-year-old girl with endogenous hypercortisolism. She was diagnosed with primary pigmented nodular adrenocortical disease (PPNAD) in early and predominant symptoms associated with anxiety-depressive disorders. She was administered with antidepressant drug for endogenous hypercortisolism. She underwent total adrenalectomy to withdraw of all symptoms of Cushing's syndrome.
