Abstract
- The article discusses wireless service provider Sprint Corp.'s delay in formally announcing a buyout bid for rival T-Mobile US Inc. Deutsche Telekom AG, the parent firm of T-Mobile, and Sprint are said to be carefully preparing business plans that will meet with the approval of regulators. Sprint is owned by Japanese company SoftBank Corp. whose founder, Masayoshi Son, has long sought to combine Sprint with T-Mobile.
