Tuning Photoluminescence Emission of a Cadmium-Organic Framework by Excitation.

A novel three-dimensional metal-organic framework with primitive cubic ( pcu) topology exhibits interesting tunable photoluminescent emission based on the variation of excitation light at room temperature. By judicious choice of two different conjugated organic linkers incorporating in a certain framework, the contributions of distinct emission bands may be finely controlled.
