Abstract
- The article presents a case study of a 23-year-old man with skin-colored papules and nodules of various sizes on face. A typical histological characteristics consistent with trichoepithelioma by a skin biopsy. A novel mutation of the CYLD gene was identified in a Chinese Multiple Familial Trichoepithelioma (MFT) family. Dysregulated tropomyosin kinase signalling is discussed.
