Solitary Tumour on the Neck: A Quiz.

The article describes the case of a 70-year-old Japanese woman with neck tumor and diagnosed with cutaneous Rossai-Dorfman disease (RDD), a rare histiocytic proliferative disorder. Topics discussed include the size of the lesion on the patient's neck, results of several tests performed on the patient include physical examination, computed tomography and histological, phagocytosis in mononuclear cells, phagocytic cells positive for CD68 and clinical presentation of RDD.
