Abstract

The article offers information on the Court of Appeals of the New York State in the case People v. Rabb, in which the Court affirmed the judgments against defendants Reginald Rabb and Steven Mason for their conviction of grand larceny and corruption against construction companies. It analyzes the whether the Court should have borrowed from the New York Criminal Procedure Law (CPL) 700 while following electronic eavesdropping procedures.
