Abstract
- The article describes the case of woman with breast cancer that presented with a purpuric plaque over her neck diagnosed as telangiectatic metastatic breast carcinoma (TMBC). It presents the findings from the histopathologic examination and immunohistochemistry. The percentages of patients with cases of skin metastases from breast carcinoma are offered. Also discusses is the differentiation of TMBC from other cutaneous lesions.
