Extended analysis of the B2Σ+–X2Σ+ and A2Π–X2Σ+ systems of ZrN.

Abstract

Rotationally resolved spectra of (1,0), (1,1), (2,0), (2,1) and (2,3) bands of B 2 Σ + – X 2 Σ + and (3,3) band of A 2 Π– X 2 Σ + systems have been measured in a laser-induced fluorescence spectra of jet cooled ZrN molecule. Rotational analysis have been extended to include the levels ν =3 of X 2 Σ + , ν =1 , 2 of B 2 Σ + and ν =3 of A 2 Π states. The vibrational constants of the X 2 Σ + state have been determined. Perturbations were observed in all the rotational branches of the B – X system and A 2 Π 1/2 f – X 2 Σ + subband. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
